Ali Donnellan

Ali Donnellan is an experienced program director, consultant and engagement leader with two decades working across international development, government, and the creative industries. Her career spans the Indo-Pacific, Europe and Australia, where she has delivered complex programs and fostered cross-cultural collaboration in dynamic, high-stakes environments.

Known for building momentum across diverse communities, cultures and sectors, Ali brings a distinctive strength in stakeholder alignment, listening to the needs of NGOs, governments, corporate partners and community groups, and translating these into shared objectives with long-lasting impact.

Ali’s expertise includes program leadership, cultural diplomacy, partnerships, and strategic project delivery. Ali has held leadership roles with the Northern Territory Government, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), Brisbane Powerhouse, and as Managing Director of Island Vibe Festival. 

Ali’s practice is underpinned by values of inclusion, collaboration and social impact, with a proven ability to deliver results in resource-constrained, complex and cross-cultural contexts.
